Carefree Highlands, established in 1996, is a community of 34 semi-custom homes. The development is nestled in the foothills South of Carefree Highway on the East side of Central Avenue between E. Paint Your Wagon Trail and E. Sagebrush Drive. The area is part of a Maricopa County island but the residents have a Phoenix mailing address.
Through a Homeowners Association the neighborhood maintains a quality standard of care and appearance with an engaged and active community.

Responding to the request of several residents, the Board of Directors has decided to offer another valid form of payment to use when you pay your HOA Assessment Dues.
